Robert Primmar's journey began in Sauquoit, NY, where he completed his education at Sauquoit Valley High School in 2001. His professional odyssey commenced in 2007 when he entered the dynamic realm of the Managed Service Provider industry, joining a company based near Atlanta, Georgia, as an entry-level technician entrusted with monitoring backups and server error logs.

Over the ensuing six years, Robert's trajectory was marked by a relentless pursuit of growth and expertise. Progressing steadily, he assumed escalating responsibilities, ultimately ascending to the role of primary helpdesk/field engineer. However, in 2013, the landscape shifted as the company underwent a transition, being acquired by another local MSP.

Amidst this transformation, Robert's value soared. Renowned as the go-to person for emergencies and critical assistance, he swiftly became an indispensable asset within the new company. By 2014, recognition of his exceptional skills led to a promotion to project manager, where he masterfully orchestrated complex IT projects for the firm's esteemed clientele.

​

In May 2016, the arrival of a process improvement manager heralded a new phase in Robert's journey. Collaborating closely, they streamlined operations within the project team, facilitating efficiency and effectiveness. This period saw Robert transitioning further into a Project Manager role, signaling his evolution within the organization.

​

In 2017, the company underwent yet another acquisition, this time by a global entity with a significant presence in the United States. Robert continued to excel, assuming the mantle of Project Team Lead for two market locations in April 2018. Here, he not only managed a team of project coordinators and engineers but also played a pivotal role in interfacing with sales and account management teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and adherence to key performance indicators.

However, in June 2020, organizational restructuring prompted Robert to seek new horizons. By October 2020, he found himself embracing a fresh opportunity at another local MSP, where he continued to shine as a project engineer. Leveraging his wealth of experience, he introduced efficiencies and innovations that enhanced team performance, consistently surpassing expectations in his role.

In April 2023, Robert resolved to embark on a new chapter, driven by a desire to return to his roots in the picturesque Central NY area. Inspired by a vision of empowering local businesses through transformative IT solutions, he set forth to establish his own IT support company. His vision encompasses not only revolutionizing the industry but also prioritizing employee well-being, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment for his team.
